belongs to the house owner of the following terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions of House Rent Agreement Paper
1.
The leasing of the house will be legally
valid for 5 years at annual rent of NPR 180,000 which is equivalent to AUD$ 2183.94 (AUD$1 = NRS 82.42,
approximately) effective from January 29th 2017 AD.
2.
Lessee shall pay the rent at the first
day of each month.
3.
The lessee is himself responsible for any
loss or damage of her own property.
4.
The Lessee Shall Company with the house
owner to keep the premise neat and clean.
5.
In case the house owner needs the house
for his own personal use, he will be required to give the prior notice advice
of two months to the lessee.
6.
The lessee should be ready to leave the
house according to the mutual agreement mentioned above in No.5
7.
The duration of this agreement may be
extended further after its expiry by mutual agreement of both parties.
8.
Both parties may terminate this agreement
by mutual understanding and with a notice of 5 (four) months in advance if any
party intends to do so.
